The Utility Team Member role at Thunderdome is a foundational position focused on supporting the kitchen operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. This role is essential to the smooth functioning and overall hygiene of the kitchen environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met consistently. Utility team members work diligently to set up and stock necessary items, wash and organize kitchenware and storage containers, and maintain a clean and efficient workstation. This job demands continuous physical activity, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, requiring strong manual dexterity along with auditory and visual skills to follow procedures and instructions effectively.
