Job Requirements

Strong communicator in English or Spanish
Experience performing skilled labor such as drywall patching, touch-up painting, and changing light bulbs
Experience using hand and power tools
Familiarity with mobile devices for time keeping
Ability to provide friendly customer service
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently
Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable walking stairs and large properties
Ability to climb a ladder

Job Qualifications

Strong communicator in English or Spanish, both written and verbal
Experience performing skilled labor such as drywall patching, touch-up painting, changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Familiar with using a mobile device for time keeping and document review
Enjoys providing friendly customer service
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred but not required)

Job Duties

Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
General routine inspection of all buildings for signs needing repairs
Facilitate issues between units as needed
Clean pool area, restrooms, and high-traffic areas
Perform and post for water shut-offs for plumbers as needed
Facilitate coordination with various vendors throughout the year
Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
Perform various small, handy tasks such as painting, light bulb and fixture repairs, stucco, drywall
Always use required safety equipment
