As a crucial part of this prestigious establishment, the Utility Cleaner position plays an instrumental role by supporting several key functions within the hotel. This full-time, non-management role is primarily focused on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across multiple departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry. The Utility Cleaner ensures that fresh linens and spotless dishware are always ready for guest use by operating and maintaining cleaning equipment like dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and laundry machines. In addition, Utility Cleaners may be involved in transporting various items such as dishware or linens throughout the hotel. This position is critical in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton brand.

The Utility Cleaner must adhere to all company policies and safety protocols, ensuring a secure and efficient work environment. Upholding quality standards and ensuring professional conduct in uniform appearance, communication, and interactions with colleagues and guests are integral parts of the role. The position also requires physical stamina, as the duties often involve standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The role supports teamwork by developing positive working relationships with other employees and departments and helping the team meet common goals. Reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management is also a vital responsibility. Job Requirements

Job Duties
