Hiring for this utility position is open to candidates who possess food handlers certification and the physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and bending. Dishwasher duties include sanitizing all food preparation items, managing the three-compartment sink, organizing kitchen supplies, assisting with prep or line duties, and ensuring that all kitchenware is cleaned and put away properly. This range of responsibilities ensures the kitchen operates smoothly and guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
Moreover, Torchy’s provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members after one year of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan after six months. The company also fosters a supportive community through the Torchy’s Family Foundation, which assists team members in times of need. Additionally, employees enjoy a discount on food for themselves and their spouses, reinforcing Torchy’s commitment to creating a rewarding work environment.
