The role being described here is that of a Utility Associate at HMSHost, specifically located at Houston Hobby Airport in the Food & Beverage division. This includes cleaning equipment such as work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks; washing and returning utensils, pots, and pans; removing trash and waste to designated disposal areas; and maintaining clean floors, walls, and windows using a variety of cleaning methods and tools.

In addition to cleaning responsibilities, the Utility Associate also manages inventory tasks such as checking ice levels, handling keg beers and CO2 containers, restocking supplies, and loading and unloading supply trucks.
