Key responsibilities include cleaning equipment such as work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks; washing utensils, pots, and pans either by hand or using dishwashing machinery; managing waste disposal; and ensuring floors, windows, and trash cans remain sanitary. Additionally, this role involves monitoring inventory levels of beverages such as keg beers and sodas, loading and unloading supply trucks, and transferring supplies between storage and work areas.

The position demands physical ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods and to lift or move items up to 40 pounds.
