Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

- demonstrate ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- require the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning or hospitality roles is beneficial
- ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
- return clean utensils, pots, and pans to proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
