The Utility Associate position at HMSHost is essential to maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency within the food and beverage outlets. Job Duties

  • Clean equipment including worktables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
  • Clean utensils, pots and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
  • Clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in dining area
  • Transport soiled service ware and utensils to kitchen
  • Return clean utensils, pots and pans to proper places
  • Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
  • Clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
  • Stock, date, rotate and check temperature of products
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Load and unload supply trucks
  • Follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
