Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is advantageous but not required
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols
- good communication and teamwork skills
- basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards
- ability to follow instructions and work independently under supervision
- physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables refrigerators meat blocks and other equipment
- clean utensils pots and pans by washing by hand or using dishwashing machines
- return clean utensils pots and pans to proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep mop scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls windows and steam clean trashcans
- stock date rotate and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
