Job Duties

  • Clean equipment including work tables refrigerators meat blocks and other equipment
  • clean utensils pots and pans by washing by hand or using dishwashing machines
  • return clean utensils pots and pans to proper places
  • remove trash and garbage to designated areas
  • sweep mop scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
  • clean walls windows and steam clean trashcans
  • stock date rotate and check temperature of products
  • transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • load and unload supply trucks
  • follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
