Job Requirements
- valid Food Handlers card
- ability to stand for long periods
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic English communication skills
- physical ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- valid Food Handlers card
- experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- teamwork and communication skills
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus
Job Duties
- wash dishes, pots, and pans efficiently to maintain kitchen flow
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
- put away deliveries and organize kitchen storage areas
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- assist kitchen staff as needed, including prepping ingredients or basic cooking tasks
- maintain cleanliness of the dish room and surrounding kitchen areas
- report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management
