We are currently seeking motivated Utility Workers and Dishwashers to join our kitchen staff. These roles are vital to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, dining, and storage areas which directly impacts the overall resident dining experience. Utility Workers and Dishwashers support the operational flow by assisting with inventory management, receiving, verifying and stocking supplies, and ensuring that all areas and equipment are clean and safe for food preparation and service. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions carefully. We value staff who contribute to a positive work environment and share our commitment to excellence in dining services. This position offers a stable work schedule with non-traditional hours that do not typically include late nights, supporting a better work-life balance. Job Requirements

  • Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Commitment to safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas and equipment
  • Support stock and utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
  • Work safely using designated safety equipment including personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas
  • Assist in routine cleaning and sanitizing duties to comply with health and safety standards
  • Help with unloading deliveries and ensuring proper storage
  • Follow all workplace safety protocols and procedures
