Ezio's is an exciting new fine dining steakhouse arriving in Miami Beach, crafted by the renowned team behind celebrated New York City establishments such as Roberta's, Blanca, and Foul Witch. This boutique Italian steakhouse specializes in dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and features a carefully curated natural wine and spirits program. The restaurant is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience that combines craftsmanship, integrity, and hospitality, aiming to offer a Michelin-caliber service that feels both refined and deeply personal. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Porters to join our opening team at Ezio's. As a porter, you will play a critical role in supporting the kitchen and overall restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of all kitchen and facility areas. This role is essential to the smooth execution of service and helps ensure that our standards of hygiene and safety are upheld at the highest level. This position represents an exciting opportunity to grow within a reputable hospitality group known for its high standards and innovative dining concepts. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces
  • Sweep, mop, squeegee, and manage trash and recycling areas efficiently throughout service
  • Support with deliveries including receiving, organizing, and storing products safely and neatly
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and equipment maintenance as directed by the chef or management
  • Communicate regularly with the BOH leadership team regarding supplies, chemicals, and maintenance needs
  • Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet Department of Health and restaurant guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
