Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to stand and/or walk for hours at a time
- must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- ability to convey strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- must remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur

Job Duties
- Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service
- answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed
- assist Event Manager and Usher Supervisors when needed
- report any problems or concerns to the appropriate department
- perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
