ASM Global is currently hiring part-time Ushers to join the team at the Save Mart Center, a prominent multi-purpose arena known for hosting a wide range of concerts, sports competitions, and community events. This hourly position offers a competitive wage of $16.90 per hour and reports directly to the Events Manager within the Guest Services and Event Operations department. As an Usher, the role plays a crucial part in representing the facility by providing outstanding customer service to guests attending various events. The Usher is responsible for greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue.
This role requires someone with a positive attitude who can effectively communicate with diverse audiences and remain flexible under fast-paced conditions. Ushers support not only guest relations but also help Event Managers and Usher Supervisors with logistical needs during events, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable experience for attendees. The Usher must be comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of event schedules.

Job Duties
- Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service
- answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed
- assist Event Manager and Usher Supervisors when needed
- report any problems or concerns to the appropriate department
- perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
