The role includes conducting comprehensive needs assessments, selecting and presenting vehicles with the support of Floor Managers, demonstrating vehicles, facilitating paperwork, and scheduling follow-up service appointments. Customer loyalty and retention are fostered through ongoing contact, referrals, and household prospecting leveraging automated follow-ups and reminder systems.
Physical demands such as standing for long periods, walking, and handling activities are inherent in this role.
