Job Requirements
- 2 years of college education or 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience
- Willingness to successfully complete firearms-specific criminal background check and training if applicable
- Completion of all required job training and assessments
- Commitment to upholding company policies ethics and values
- Ability to work collaboratively and motivate associates
- Capacity to manage store financial performance and operational processes
