Job Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age
hold a valid state-issued driver’s license
no DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving convictions involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years
no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years if driving a commercial motor vehicle
no serious traffic violations as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
no preventable accidents as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire
ability to read and speak English as required by regulations
minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscaping or gardening industry
ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
clean driving record
adherence to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 21 years
valid state-issued driver’s license held for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
ability to read and communicate effectively in English
successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification
2 years’ experience in the landscaping or gardening industry
proficiency in operating specialized landscaping equipment
preferred ability to complete and maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card
associate’s degree or equivalent in engineering, maintenance, construction management, or related area preferred
experience in third-party management preferred
intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentations
proficiency in Spanish and relevant state/local licensing preferred
