Job Requirements
- Six months experience working in a fresh production department
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Capability to handle physical demands of meat cutting and processing
- Must comply with workplace drug-free policies

- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes meat cutting equipment
- Utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and product quality
- Drives business results by maintaining quality, eliminating waste, and assisting members with purchasing decisions
- Acts as a talent ambassador by promoting department culture, training associates, and modeling service excellence
- Adheres to company policies regarding ethics, integrity, and operational standards
