Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to comply with company's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or retail environment preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Job Duties
- Manage freight flow by moving, scanning, and handling freight manually or with power equipment
- Maintain merchandise supply by replenishing pallets of merchandise onto/from racks or docks using warehouse systems or verbal instructions
- Provide basic maintenance to equipment such as cleaning and inspecting
- Ensure freight quality by processing stray and damaged cases, inspecting pallets, shrink wrap and freight for damage, cutting shrink wrap as needed, and maintaining records, logs, and forms
- Organize warehouse by using power equipment to remove pallets from pallet returns, pallet storage, trailers, upstacking/downstacking empty pallets and freight
- Embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas and experiences to create an inclusive workplace where associates feel supported and connected
- Work as a team to build strong and trusting relationships, communicate with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence
