Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
- Successful completion of all job required training and assessments
- Ability to adhere to company policies and maintain a drug-free workplace
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production or supervising a team
- Food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations through fresh areas and managing member needs
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of business operations to ensure quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance
- Manages seasonality by understanding new products, recipes, and production specifications and prioritizing time
- Collaborates with associates and external partners to provide resources, training, and knowledge sharing
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve member experience, and make business decisions
- Drives business results by planning for profitability, maintaining safe and clean work areas, staffing appropriately, and ensuring compliance
- Acts as a talent ambassador by identifying training needs, developing team skills, encouraging career growth, and sourcing talent internally and externally
