Job Requirements

  • 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and third-party partners
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments through rotations and managing member needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations to meet quality, inventory, production, sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage seasonal production changes, new products, recipes, and processes while prioritizing time across areas
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and effective training
  • Use digital tools and technology to plan sales, drive business decisions, and improve associate engagement
  • Drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining safe and clean work areas, staffing appropriately, and ensuring compliance
  • Teach, train, and develop the team, encouraging career growth and sourcing new talent
  • Implement processes and practices to meet business needs and promote company policies, ethics, and integrity
  • Lead and participate in teams to meet business priorities and adapt to change.
