Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and third-party partners
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments through rotations and managing member needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations to meet quality, inventory, production, sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage seasonal production changes, new products, recipes, and processes while prioritizing time across areas
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and effective training
- Use digital tools and technology to plan sales, drive business decisions, and improve associate engagement
- Drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining safe and clean work areas, staffing appropriately, and ensuring compliance
- Teach, train, and develop the team, encouraging career growth and sourcing new talent
- Implement processes and practices to meet business needs and promote company policies, ethics, and integrity
- Lead and participate in teams to meet business priorities and adapt to change.
