We are currently seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to join our team in Frederick, MD. As the Department Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales and supervising a team of hourly associates who prepare and serve meals to our members. Your expertise in Prepared Foods and Café operations will be crucial as you collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the entire club meets and exceeds member expectations. You will play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this position, leadership and operational skills are essential. You will facilitate employee rotations across fresh areas such as the café, rotisserie, and other prepared foods sections, ensuring that the team meets both the business plan and customer needs. You will utilize digital tools to manage inventory, sales planning, and team communication effectively. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $30.00, with potential premiums based on various factors such as schedule and specific duties.
