Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or retail setting preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with members and team members
- basic math skills for processing transactions
- ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving merchandise
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to use computer systems for order fulfillment and inventory
- must comply with company policies and code of conduct
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits
- promote the value of company products and services
- process memberships upgrades and credit accounts
- participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals
- maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials following company guidelines
- fulfill member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items
- secure items until members arrive and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise
- complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers coworkers customers and business partners
- provide member service by acknowledging needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and promoting company products and services
- comply with company policies procedures ethics and integrity standards
- respect the individual and embrace workplace diversity
- work as a team and build strong relationships
- maintain and promote high standards of integrity ethics and compliance
- serve customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first
- make decisions based on reliable information balancing short and long-term priorities
- strive for excellence by displaying curiosity desire to learn taking risks and driving continuous improvements
