Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in facility support or custodial services preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one
Job Qualifications
- Experience in custodial services or related field preferred
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish languages preferred
- Valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain a driver’s license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Commitment to upholding company ethics and values
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Job Duties
- Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events performing minor maintenance and repair activities collecting and transporting recyclables disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers and reporting facility issues to management
- Ensures clean and sanitary facilities including offices restrooms conference rooms lobbies elevators parking lots by following safety procedures and regulations
- Wears personal protective equipment empties waste receptacles and recycle bins dusts sweeps and wet mops strips and waxes floors sanitizes bathrooms and showers vacuums and spot cleans carpets and cleans electronic devices
- Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers coworkers customers and business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations communicating progress and information and recommending improvements
- Builds high performing teams embraces differences in people cultures ideas and experiences creates a workplace of belonging and supports associate development
- Maintains and promotes highest standards of integrity ethics and compliance models Walmart values and supports positive impact for associates customers and communities
- Delivers results putting customer first makes decisions based on data analysis balances short and long-term priorities balances interests of stakeholders
