The Cake Decorator role at Sam's Club is a vital position within the bakery department, focused on delivering exceptional bakery products that meet and exceed the expectations of members. You will have a key role in maintaining inventory levels, controlling shrinkage, and preparing for seasonal events that impact bakery volume like holidays and graduations. Leveraging digital tools and hand-held technology will be essential to making immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, and training, ensuring the shopping experience is seamless and enhances member satisfaction.
