Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframe
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • capable of standing for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 6 months experience in fresh production area

Job Duties

  • decorate cakes using various tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
  • maintain adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
  • operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
  • utilize digital tools to improve sales and shopping experience
  • manage inventory levels and control shrinkage
  • prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
  • model high-quality service and products while being a brand ambassador
