Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of designs
- Decorate bakery items using various tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and shopping experience
- Manage inventory, control shrinkage, and maintain instock levels
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
