Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job-required training and assessments within prescribed time
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
- commitment to maintain a drug-free workplace
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks related to bakery production

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- utilize decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management standards
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools for sales and merchandising decisions
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- prepare bakery for seasonal events and control waste
- model high-quality service and product standards
- comply with company policies and uphold integrity and ethics
- complete work assignments by utilizing resources and collaborating with team
- foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork
- support continuous improvement and adaptation to new technologies and skills
