Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Flexible to business needs including schedule changes
- Physical ability to perform bakery duties
- Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months' experience in fresh production area
- Cake decorating skills preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate bakery equipment
- Comfortable using digital tools for merchandising and ordering
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to improve sales and shopping experience
- Manage inventory to control shrinkage and eliminate waste
- Prepare bakery for seasonal events and member needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
