Job Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to complete required job trainings and assessments within prescribed timelines

- Physical ability to handle bakery products and operate equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- Ability to use bakery tools and equipment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic digital literacy and comfort with handheld technology

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools for production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions
- Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality and waste
- Prepare for seasonal events to meet bakery volume demands
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Act as a brand advocate and promote high quality service and products
- Support teamwork by mentoring and inspiring associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing and collaborating with team members
- Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
