Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service
  • Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Leverage digital tools for production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions
  • Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality and waste
  • Prepare for seasonal events to meet bakery volume demands
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
  • Act as a brand advocate and promote high quality service and products
  • Support teamwork by mentoring and inspiring associates
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Complete work assignments by prioritizing and collaborating with team members
  • Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive workplace culture
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
