Job Requirements

Six months experience in fresh production area
must be 18 years of age or older
successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period if hired
ability to follow company policies and procedures
commitment to maintaining a safe and drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
proficiency with bakery equipment and digital tools
strong customer service skills
ability to work in a team-oriented and supportive environment

Job Duties

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in cake decoration
maintain food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
utilize digital tools to enhance sales and associate engagement
drive bakery area performance and prepare for seasonal events
assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
