Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery productions maintaining quality and design accuracy
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and inventory guidelines
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use handheld technology for production decisions and ordering
- Drive bakery performance including quality and waste control
- Provide excellent customer service and assist members with purchases
