Job Requirements
- Six months' experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
- commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- basic ability to follow instructions and operate bakery equipment
- physical capability to perform bakery tasks including standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a fresh production area
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong customer service skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate bakery equipment
- experience with cake decorating techniques preferred
- adaptability to digital technology and tools

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tasks and resources
- plan bakery production ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipes and measurement instructions for cake decoration
- maintain food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools for sales and operational decisions
- manage inventory and stock levels
- prepare for seasonal bakery events and control waste
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- promote company policies and foster a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
