- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- Ability to use digital tools for business and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Capable of mentoring and training associates
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating bags tips and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Use handheld technology to make business decisions related to production merchandise ordering training and product quality
- Drive bakery area performance controlling quality date standards and waste elimination and prepare for seasonal bakery volume events
