Utilizing various decorating tools such as piping bags, tips, and nozzles, you will create elaborate designs including flowers and lettering on cakes and other bakery items, strictly adhering to recipe instructions and measurement accuracy. In addition, you will uphold food safety, sanitation protocols, cold chain compliance, and efficient inventory management. Operating and maintaining bakery equipment, ensuring it is clean and functional, is also an essential part of your daily activities. This includes using handheld technology to make informed decisions about production volumes, merchandise ordering, and training with a member-centric approach.
