Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment while following food safety standards
- Utilize handheld technology to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Drive performance in the bakery area by maintaining quality and controlling waste
- Assist members with their purchasing decisions and resolve their concerns
- Comply with company policies and promote a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
