- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring consistent quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Adheres to food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- Utilizes digital tools to improve production, sales, and associate engagement
- Drives performance of the bakery area including quality control and waste reduction
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
