Job Requirements
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of job required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to handle physical demands of bakery production work
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Cake decorating skills preferred
- Ability to use bakery decorating tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficient in using digital tools for business operations
- Customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency
- Decorate bakery items using bags, tips, and nozzles to create designs like flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve production decisions
- Manage inventory levels, control shrinkage, and eliminate waste
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
