Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months' experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Commitment to comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months' experience in a fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- Ability to use hand-held technology and digital tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering and training
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
