Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Utilize decorating tools including bags, tips, and nozzles for cake decoration
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory control
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Manage bakery performance including waste control and seasonal preparation
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve their issues
