Job Requirements
- Six months' experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments
- Willingness to comply with company policies and drug-free workplace standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cake decorating or fresh bakery production
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient with digital tools and technology used in retail bakery
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and food safety standards
- Use decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create bakery decorations
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to improve sales and member experience
- Manage inventory and prepare for seasonal bakery events
