- Decorate bakery items using bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management practices
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology for production, ordering, and training
- Drive bakery performance by managing quality control, waste elimination, and seasonal event preparations
