Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and sanitation guidelines
- Use decorating tools to create floral and lettering designs on bakery items
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to make business decisions and improve sales
- Drive bakery performance by controlling waste, preparing for seasonal events, and assisting members with purchasing decisions
- Act as a brand ambassador by modeling high quality service and mentoring associates
- Comply with company policies and maintain ethical standards
