Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistent quality and accurate decorative designs
- Decorate bakery items using various tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales and associate engagement
- Manage bakery performance focusing on quality, date control, and waste elimination
- Prepare bakery for seasonal events and assist members with purchasing decisions
- Train, develop, and mentor associates maintaining a supportive and team-oriented environment
