Job Requirements

- ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools and resources
- plans bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- follows food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management practices
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- manages bakery area performance including quality control, waste elimination, and seasonal event preparation
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
- upholds company policies and ethical standards
- fosters a culture of respect and teamwork
- mentors and trains team members to develop their skills
