- maintains instock levels and controls shrinkage
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions and uses decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
- ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- uses handheld technology for decisions related to production merchandise ordering training and product quality
- drives bakery area performance ensuring quality and date control standards
- prepares for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- complies with company policies procedures and ethics standards
- completes work assignments and collaborates with managers coworkers and customers
