- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to provide excellent customer service
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency of decorative designs
- Operates and maintains bakery equipment following sanitation and safety standards
- Utilizes digital tools to improve sales and production efficiency
- Manages inventory levels and controls shrinkage in the bakery department
- Prepares bakery for seasonal events and assists members with purchasing decisions
- Models high quality service and mentors associates in bakery operations
