Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follows food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and shopping experience
- Manages bakery area performance including quality control, waste elimination, and seasonal event preparations
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
