- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management protocols
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize hand-held technology to support production and merchandising decisions
- Drive bakery performance by managing quality and waste control
- Assist members with purchasing and resolve member concerns
