Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in fresh production area
  • Ability to complete all required job training and assessments
  • Comply with company drug-free workplace policy
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bakery production

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months experience in fresh production area
  • Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with digital tools and technology
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
  • Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management protocols
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Utilize hand-held technology to support production and merchandising decisions
  • Drive bakery performance by managing quality and waste control
  • Assist members with purchasing and resolve member concerns
