Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Six months experience in fresh production area
Ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to business needs
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Capability to operate and maintain bakery equipment
Commitment to high standards of integrity and compliance

Job Qualifications

Six months experience in fresh production area
Knowledge of cake decorating techniques
Ability to use decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines
Competence in using handheld technology for business decisions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools tasks and resources
Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
Operates and maintains bakery equipment following food safety and sanitation standards
Utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
Drives performance of bakery area ensuring quality and date control standards and eliminating waste
Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues and concerns
Models high quality service and products and supports team development and training
