As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that bakery products exceed member expectations through expert decoration and quality control. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical skill, and team collaboration to drive member satisfaction by delivering visually appealing and delicious bakery items. You'll be responsible for planning and executing bakery productions with precision, adhering to recipe measurements, and maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance.
In addition to decoration expertise, you will leverage digital tools and technology to enhance production efficiency and sales. Utilizing hand-held devices, you will make business decisions related to stock management, product quality, and merchandise ordering, all while focusing on member needs and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will educate associates, support training initiatives, and foster a workplace culture that values respect, integrity, and continuous improvement.
