Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job required training and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to comply with company policies on ethics, integrity, and safety
- Willingness to work collaboratively and maintain high service standards
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and respecting diversity
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in bakery decoration techniques
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Competency in using hand-held technology for production and inventory management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new tools and support continuous improvement initiatives
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and decorative accuracy
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment while adhering to food safety standards
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Manage inventory, control shrinkage, and prepare for seasonal bakery events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Model high-quality service, train and mentor associates, and support team-oriented work environment
