Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends

- Ability to adapt to new technologies and operational changes
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operates and sanitizes bakery equipment adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Utilizes digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Drives bakery performance by managing quality controls and inventory
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Models high quality service and products while mentoring and developing associates
