- ensures adherence to food safety sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools for sales and production decisions
- drives bakery performance ensuring quality and date control
- prepares for seasonal events impacting volume
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
- acts as a brand advocate modeling high quality service
- complies with company policies procedures and ethical standards
- completes work assignments prioritizing tasks and collaborating with others
